extends IOException

當試圖打開指定路徑名表示的檔案失敗時，拋出此異常。

在不存在具有指定路徑名的檔案時，此異常將由 FileInputStream、FileOutputStream 和 RandomAccessFile 建構子拋出。如果該檔案存在，但是由於某些原因不可存取，比如試圖打開一個只讀檔案進行寫入，則此時這些建構子仍然會拋出該異常。
